Although, I was wondering where the lyrics came from, because in the author comments you say, "Lyrics are not mine. I have no idea from whence they came." but when responding to a comment you said, "I sang the lyrics! I was a singer long before I started composing."

Really nice!

At first, I thought is was going to be a little simple and boring because of the way you introduced the static chord progression, but as it gradually shifted towards other instruments, it grew on me. I really like the drums, they added a lot to the tune. the melody at 2:41 was great, maybe you could bring it in earlier and make it a little louder, because it feels like it should be the main tune.

Overall, I really liked it alot!

Thanks! yeah that was the main melody, I never really thought about putting it in more throughout the song. I tried to put in a bit of what I call short term nostalgia. I added that melody with the flute in at the beginning, and it was a catchy melody. And I didn't bring it back until later in the song, it's a familiar sound, and it gives off an awesome vibe. It tends to work well for me :D

It sounds more like Video Game Music rather than Pop, though.

It does sound like video game music. But it isn't from a video game, so technically it isn't video game music. I thought if video game music can sound like pop, then pop can sound like video game music. Maybe I should have labelled it video game music, I don't know. I always have trouble putting labels on my songs.
